We've both been involved in Real Estate since we were children growing up in Sunnyvale and Hayward. Our parents owned rental properties. One of Fran's greatest hobbies has been ‘Open House Shopping' and she uses those skills in staging our listings. Chris has managed a 24 unit apartment complex and we've completed 3 home ‘flips'. Chris has worked for a homebuilder and has a unique skillset compared to other Realtors.

We moved to Pleasanton in 1998 to raise our kids and we've recently 'downsized' to Livermore. We understand the area and the market in the Tri-Valley and surrounding areas of the East Bay.
